The Process

1. Check Your Inbox

You will receive an email from us outlining the collaborative model and its benefits, along with a personalized invitation to become a member of the ScholarLink Alliance citation enhancement circle.

2. Submit Publication List

All you need to do is reply to this email with a list of your publications from the last 5-10 years, provided in an Excel or Word format and including key details such as title, DOI, journal, and year. No registration on any website is necessary.

3. Collaborate & Cite

A scholarly network designed for measurable impact: • Collaborate by sharing resources and supporting citations. • Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. • Achieve an average gain of 10+ citations within 6 months.

Is the security of my article list and personal information guaranteed?

Your publication list is used solely for the management of our alliance’s internal shared library. Under no circumstances is it publicly disclosed or uploaded to any third-party platforms. All email correspondence is transmitted via encrypted channels. We retain only the necessary citation details (title, authors, journal, year, DOI) and strictly adhere to rigorous privacy protection protocols.

What are my responsibilities as a member

After your initial, one-time submission of your publication list, the process is very simple:
• You Receive: A curated, updated Excel library of alliance publications emailed to you every 3-4 weeks.
• You Choose: Voluntarily cite relevant articles from the library in your own writing when you find them helpful.
• You Benefit: Your own publications are also visible within the shared library, enabling natural discovery and citation by other members.
